Abstract :
In this study discusses the analysis of Top Public Satisfaction index Library Servicesin Kediri City Public Library. Community Satisfaction Index as an independent variable has aclose connectionon library services as the dependent variable.This study was later devoted toKnow and analyze community satisfaction index on library services in Kediri City PublicLibrary.This research used in this research is quantitative method, the type of study is adescriptive study. With this method the researchers intend to examine the relationshipbetween existing variables. The focus ofthis study was to determinethe effect of variablesignificance Public Satisfaction Index as independent variables with variable library serviceas the dependent variable. This type of research is adescriptive study.Techniques used toanalyze the research data is by using a formula ascontained in thePublic SatisfactionIndex(IKM).This study found results of the analysis community satisfaction index(IKM)on libraryservices in Kediri City Public Library, get a good category (B)with a value of 73.11.In this study, there are two elements of the service that get the highest score is the courtesyand friendliness of the clerk; and assurance service schedule, which get a score of 3.18. Whiletheservice element that gets the lowest score is the comfort of the neighborhood to ge ta scoreof 2.72
