Abstract :

Information technology (IT) is the important aspect in every state for managing the organization and implementation of the bureaucracy, including Indonesia. One of development of IT which developed at Indonesia’s bureaucracy is the management of information systems personnel policies which are useful for storing data of civil servants in general.The policy of information system of personnel management runs on the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo is proof of successful implementation. The object in this research are teachers as most civil servants in Indonesia. In addition, the updated personnel management information system in BKD Sidoarjo will answer whether a significant impact to the satisfaction of the teacher's career or not.The research method is a qualitative one with evaluation type. The data itself was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation techniques. The process of data analysis was done by grouping and combining the data obtained, and to determine the relationship between a set of data. The results of this research indicate that the success of management information systems personnel in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Sidoarjo has a positive and negative impact on career satisfaction of primary school teachers.
