Abstract :

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Desficiancy Syndrome (AIDS) is a serious problems that threaten various aspect of life because impacts generated not only related to health problem but also wide to social problems for the patient.In order to provide healthcare services intact in the HIV or People with HIVAIDSGambiran Hospital as the supplier health service in Kediri make a serviceinnovation by Support Care and Treatment.Application of transformatif innovation service of care support and treatment which is done with a purpose fulfilled Gambiran Hospitals is desirable, namely improving patient satisfaction. Based on the results of the research done on HIV/AIDS sufferers patients feel quite satisfied. Increased to service complacence caused success of Gambiran Hospital in providing services through the development of core capability either by means of a system of integrated managerial and mutual support, knowledge and value. Positive impact inflicted as rising satisfaction was the increase of them in accessing services and an increase in motivation and spirit of life. Meanwhile for service providers is the rise of competence services officer.
