Abstract :

The aim of this research is to prove that chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) cell culture could be used as media hybrid and retain pH media before and after primary cell has formed. The result showed that in CEF cell culture, pH medium in range of 7,35-7,64; where as in mouse macrophage culture 7,33-8,51, before and after primary cell has formed. The growth of cell hybrid in CEF cell culture is 28,53-54,17 % (transformation 5,351-7,394), where as in mouse macrophage culture is 0-5,21 % (transformation 0,707-2,385).
