Comparison of aeromonas hydrophila vaccination method by immersion and hyperosmotic infiltration against the antibody titers

Abstract :

This study was conducted to know comparison method of vaccination against Aeromonas hydrophila. There were divided two group of experiment, first group were vaccinated by immersion method and second group by hyperosmotic infiltration. The bath vaccination dose were use 108 cells/ml. Antibody titers were analysed by agglutination microtitre plates. The result suggested that the antibody titer by immersion groups reached on the peak in five weeks after the peak in six weeks after vaccination.
