Abstract :

This research associate of causality between France mass media with the French policy change post Paris Attack 2015. Problem in descriptive research with qualitative analysis is how the role of mass media coverage during Paris Attack, so that it can change some policy of France. Theory on this research such as media and terrorism concept, CNN effect theory, policy influence change in foreign policy. Hypothesis in principle to find the relationship between the role of the mass media with France policy change. Conclusion of this research is the author agreed with what the author’s source say, that the media does have an influence in a country’s policy change, however is not the only factor that affect the policy change in France. There are other actors such as the party, the Government and the Ally that affect a country’s policies.
